M Matthew Hawley Well-known member Aug 11, 2013 #5 I cleared the caches from the beginning of time and pressed F5 and still nothing. Also the tooltips dont work on other sites aswell.

Do you have a Logitech mouse/keyboard? Uninstalling their software corrected this for me on Windows 8 with Chrome and Firefox.
