Tooltips not displaying on chrome

The forum description tooltips are not displaying on chrome. I've checked other browsers and the tooltip work just fine. Any suggestions?

I just tested on my site and here, tooltips worked as expected. Did you try clearing chromes cache or do a hard refresh?

I cleared the caches from the beginning of time and pressed F5 and still nothing. Also the tooltips dont work on other sites aswell.

I did. Once I did it without deleting the data. The second time I deleted everything.

Do you have a Logitech mouse/keyboard? Uninstalling their software corrected this for me on Windows 8 with Chrome and Firefox.

Do you run Windows 8? Is it touch-screen? Do you have any peripherals other than a mouse and keyboard?

I have Windows 7. And my laptop is a touch screen. I have a button mouse in the middle of the keyboard and I have a pad mouse at the bottom of the laptop.

If you are registering as being a touch screen device, they don't display since they rely on hover affects.

But they work on all other browsers. And how do i disable touch screen.

The other browsers are most likely not sending the touch screen flag. You will have to look it up for your specific OS/Device.
