To Sue, or not to Sue?

Would they have sued you if it was the other way round? Personally I would leave it to my insurance company to sort it out, and seek legal advice also. I certainly would not foot the bill myself.

According to this incident his insurance isn't covering it without his rates going up...He is being punished because someone else couldn't raise their child ... proof is that the person already had a hit and run yet his parent let him take the car knowing even their insurance company wouldn't insure them with him on the policy..and he lived in the house which would require him to be on the policy in order to drive that automobile. All he did was legally park his car and because of the way the other people manipulated the system they are going to let him foot the bill.
