    Well, the only thing i can do now is sue them, and i have started that procedure already. At least if they don't pay up, then they will have a judgment on them. So they won't be able to get anything credit wise at all until they pay up. And a judgment never goes away until it's paid for. So that is where i am at now. Waiting for the first court date to be set. I will keep you updated.
