To make the engine Xenforo cheaper 140 USD

#1
This can be considered in purchasing a XenForo license cheap 140 USD? Want to do a project in a small town, but buying such a license is simply no means 140.e.
We are beginners in this business, only to learn, studying the engine, if the opportunity to buy cheaper, for us and for promotion would be enough money. Please help! :)

The price is what it is and it is competitively priced already.
Indeed, if anything XenForo is underpriced.

If $140 is too much for the OP, then they should look at using free software such as phpBB or myBB. Once the community takes off, you can then ask for donations from members to help buy XenForo.

That is true but in some country 140$ is monthly payment, for example in Bosnia that is third of the monthly salary.

Xenforo is already really inexpensive compared to most commercial forum software. vBulletin and Invision Power board are much more costly. Your best bet would be to go with a free forum software (MyBB, PHPBB, etc) and save up the money to buy Xenforo.

It's impossible to set a price that's valid all over the world. In some country it'll be cheap and in other country will be absolutely expensive. Go for a open source solution and after go with XF. I ran a community for years with PhpBB and after with VBulletin and finally Xenforo was released :)
