Add-on Time based notices/user criteria

As you know, Steam performs maintenance every week and the same thread is opened many times in the forum every week. A time-based notice or keyword + time-based notice would be very useful. For example, if the word Steam is mentioned in the created thread every Wednesday between 10-11 pm, a notice can be issued. Or a notice can be issued automatically every Wednesday between 10-11 pm to inform members.

By the way, it is not necessary to have a time-based notice, adding a time-based structure as criteria makes it even more functional. I can even change the suggestion this way. Having time-based criteria provides logical uses in every sense.
