Other Tickets system that users can email too

You know when you email a support team and you have to write above the line, then that email gets put into a ticket system right? So I could login and see my email conversation on their.

Do any of the xenforo add-ons for tickets systems do this do you know?

I think it's called "our tickets system routes inquiries created via email". Eg https://www.happyfox.com/email-ticketing/ and http://osticket.com/

I don't know of any existing add-ons that do this (the XenForo email system doesn't really allow for modifying the return address to make it unique for each user).

Now exactly, but a similar request was submitted by me for existing ticket system by @NixFifty here: https://xenforo.com/community/threads/tickets-pixelexit-com-paid.104308/page-3#post-1041101
It seems he has plan to implement that suggestion. But I'm not sure yet. since long time no update, even fixes. But hope so.

But pixeledit does not work for non registered members. I need a system for guests that have trouble registering.
