Solution
For the avoidance of doubt XenForo official support times at 9AM-5PM GMT Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Today is a holiday in the UK so support is provided on a best effort basis.
Lets also not skim over the fact that we have, over the weekend, again out of official hours dealt with your attempts to bypass the transfer restrictions on a license despite being explicitly told what they were, and showing a large amount of goodwill in the process that we did not have to offer.
Your ticket, will be dealt with in due course.
