Duplicate Followup Alert If A Question Hasn't Been Marked As "Solved"

I'm not sure if this is already possible, but lots of people asking questions forget about them, don't know how the forum software works if they're a noob, or just read the answer and never respond in any form of way.

I think it'd be good to have a followup XF alert to the question starter with the intention of trying to get them to read the replies and select a "best solution" if there is any. This is so that we can ensure usage of the "best solutions" feature in XF 2.2.

Some other details to go with the suggestion:

• Admin Panel can have an option where you can set the amount of days until question starters get a followup alert.
• Followup alerts are only sent to question starters if someone replies to their question.

In my experience from using a Q&A addon for Xenforo 1, folks who have asked a question very often do not bother to pick the best answer. Can we please have an option to nag them periodically to pick an answer once they have replies to their thread with upvotes? Please like this suggestion if...
