When the two-step authentication was introduced into XenForo many server admins asked for SMS support. This was my inducement to create this add-on. But instead of using SMS - which is not suitable as it is insecure - I thought one can also just use a well-known, secure instant messaging app....

rugk updated Threema Gateway (two-step verification, SMS replacement) with a new update entry:

v1.0 – Now stable!

Changes:
* New feature: Rate-limit sending messages, so users cannot abuse your service.
* Fixes: Some translation

This add-on is now officially stable and has been featured on the official Threema blog.
