FYI, I'm currently finishing polishing the next major release of Threadmarks. It will add threadmark categories and per-threadmark read status tracking for watched threads (non-watched threads use the existing thread last read date), and the 'go to unread' link will work in reader mode.

You can adjust the number of posts per page when viewing only threadmarks for a thread independent of the number of posts per page for threads.
