XF 2.1 Thread visible in last updated but not in the node

I have a weird issue, some user can see some thread in the recently updated



if they search for it they can find it but if they open the node, that thread is not visible.
Only certain thread and only certain users.
Anyone can point me on the right direction?
Hosted in a VPS with Ubuntu and MariaDB Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.11.14-MariaDB

they might have custom sorting set in those nodes maybe?

Mmm.. I didn't change any setting in ages but.. where can I see these custom sorting set?

users can set it for themselves!

One of those user it's me so I checked and as expected they are ordered by last message / descending, yet the thread doesn't show up.
I also rebuilded thread / forum
Check permissions with the analyser
Check if the thread is moderated or soft-deleted

I am running out of ideas here

Finally Claude gave me the right idea!!! After weeks I am cracking my head.
As always, it's the stupidest thing



the thread was open by a user in my ignore list so Xenforo hide the whole thread to me, even though most of the posts are not ignored. And opposite to the thread view where it display a banner, saying there is ignored content. In the Node view there is no indication that some of the thread are not displayed.
Except obviusly for the small note down below...

Hopefully I can save some headache to others with the same "issue"

A bit sub optimal, if I ignore a user doesn't mean I don't want to see the whole thread of that user, just his posts.
Is there a setting somewhere to change this behaviour?
