Thread titles and all caps

Is there a way to keep a word that's all upper case from reverting to upper and lower case in a thread subject line? For example, if someone types Salt Lake City, it defaults to Slc. Is there a way to prevent this from occurring?

Change the settings there.

there you'll find "Automatically Adjust Case of Discussion Titles"
