XF 1.3 Thread title text colour

Hello,

I need to change the THREAD TITLE text colour from white to black.

Could you please tell me where this attribute is located

I have attached a screenshot for clarification, see the highlighted text below? Thats the new thread I'm creatings title, its invisible unless highlighted!
