Put the following code in your extra.less template:

.p-title-value {background: red;}

.p-title-value {background: #185886; color: white}

The option is not entirely correct and it will work on every page, and not specifically in the thread. In addition, a username with a date for such an option will not be taken.

[data-template="thread_view"] .p-body-header {
    background: #185886;
    color: white
}

or you can use, more correct

body[data-template="thread_view"] {
    .p-body-header {
        background: #185886;
        color: white
    }
}
