Lack of interest Thread Read Time

Cannot see an add-on for this, basically an average read time of any given thread, obv everyone reads at different speeds but an indicator at the start of the thread?

"Thread Ave Read Time: 3mins" etc ?

I think it can be done by adding a thread custom field.
