Thread Placement Consideration

In think it would be in the best interest of the community if bad review threads such as this one, for custom services/development were allowed to be posted in the proper forum even though the developer may or may not have a thread they started.

Seeing is how hosting review threads are allowed to be posted in the Server configuration and hosting forum, it seems only right disgruntled customers should be able to post in a relevant on topic forum, not hidden away in an off topic area.
