Fixed Thread list item meta info is misaligned when the last poster is ignored

To reproduce:

1. Post a thread as user A
2. Ignore user B
3. Get user B to post on the thread created in step 1
4. Any page with thread list items (new posts, forum view, etc) will now have that thread misaligned because the ignored user's avatar is missing

Also a bit inconsistent because if that user is also the last person to reply in a specific forum, their avatar shows up fine on the forum index.

I also anticipate users will prefer ignored user avatars not showing at all since after all; out of sight, out of mind.
