XF 1.5 Thread List Conditional

I'm wondering if conditionals can be used to display something only in a single forum's thread list. I'm using VB's Shoutbox.

Eg.

Home > Forum Name > Sub Forum

I want to show
<!--XFSHOUT.instance_name-->

But not on other forums. Is this doable?
