thread level moderation

It is nice to be able to set individual threads to moderated posts. So if a thread needs close supervision, all posts must be reviewed by a moderator.

This is default. When you create/edit a forum check the forum options tab.

That's not what the op is asking. He'd like to be able to apply that to an individual thread, not the entire node or forum.
