XF 1.1 there's no importer from VB 4.2 to XF 1.1.3

Only available from VB 4.x to Xenforo 1.0 ...... but no for Xenforo 1.1.3

I'm a bit confused.... I uploaded the importer files (3.6b2) and now I don't know what to do:

1 - Import the following add-on: "addon-vb4ToXf11.htm" (how I import it?)

or

2 - Import Data... Select System to import from .... etc...

The addon component only needs to be installed if you are importing "post thanks". Otherwise run the import normally. Here is a guide:
