I'd do like in vBulletin that when someone has written a message, and than you post your message that you are writing, that there comes a 'Please review your reply since someone posted already.' message

I reported something like this already.

better as core functionality.

This is an example of something that probably should be automatically included, but not necessarily turned on.

I like Live Topic. It's easier to see if someone is addressing the same point as you.

I searched for "live" in title before posting, but didn't come up with anything ... sorry!

I really like how IP.Board handles this.
It displays a message that there have been new replies and asks the user 'show new replies'.

Clicking this loads the new replies without loosing the editor content.

This is really user friendly.
