I think we actually hit one of our largest traffic spikes to date as well.

This is something we are doing, yes. We are going to be rebuilding that website as well, but its at http://sproutbox.io. Essentially, what we are trying to do is service the people who are needing a bit more hands-on assistance. If they tinker, they want to know they can call someone up and have their website taken care of. If they aren't sure how to manage their server, they know they have someone who understands what they need. We built it with forum owners in mind for sure, not just small shops or small web presence pages. Full forums can run easily on our shared infrastructure.
