Fixed "The uploaded file was not an image as expected" error does not show completely

When there are attachment upload errors make sure error messages wrap.

Those very words just happened to me, what does it mean ??

No, it won't load here either. it's a .jpg

I just took a screenshot of the pic and saved it using Paint as a jpg and it shows fine, so anyone any idea what
might be wrong with the original one I tried ?

FWIW - The problem resolved itself after changing to PHP built-in GD image library. We had it working with Imagemagick, but for some reason it stopped working properly.
