The requirements script should check some more things...

I was just thinking randomly, and I though about the requirements test script.

Why doesn't it check ini settings? It could check for the memory limit for one thing - it would help people understand...

Just wondering why it isn't checked. It could give a warning...

I'm not really sure on the memory check... but one thing they could do is update the readme .
