[TH] Anonymous Posts and Threads [Deleted]

An option to make anonymous posting available in only one thread or threads you set would be nice.
 
I think I'll donate for that option if you can make it. I was using @xfrocks anonymous posting addon but i learned quickly that my members didn't like creating threads. They mostly just posted in three anonymous threads. I was like 'man whats the point of even having an anonymous section? I only need anonymous posting in those threads and nowhere else.'

I would be happy to add both of these features, please PM me if you would like to discuss contributing to these additions. (loving the new multi-quote feature :))
 
I would like to configure this to be set to default for all users all the time for all posts and threads. I would also like to add a specific anonymous avatar that is the same for all the users. I don't mind sending a donation, just let me know what it would take.
 
The ability to post anonymously isn't a usergroup option? And who is able to view the true identity of an anonymous member?

No, if you wish to contribute to add this please PM me. No one will be able to tell who made what comments, if a message gets reported it will include the OP's details.
EDIT - no one can initially tell who posted the message, admins & moderators with the permission to edit posts can see the original creators name if needed.

I'll send you a PM. :) After using Anonymous Posting on TAZ for most of the past 10 years, I can tell you that it's not suitable for all usergroups and the identities of anonymous posters need to be readily available to the admin staff. :)
