Fixed Text editor unordered/ordered list buttons missing on mobile, Alignment buttons shown twice

I suspect it is related to the duplicate text alignement buttons? Really not sure why lists are groups in with them.

1. In narrow responsive view (e.g. mobile), there are no visible buttons to create numbered or bullet point lists:


2. Text alignment editor buttons are shown once in a dedicated 'Alignment' dropdown menu and then a second time under the overflowed 'More options...' section:

I do take note that in the text editor HYS it was stated that the toolbar editor would not complain when/if specific buttons were added multiple times, but for presumably default behaviour having the four alignment buttons added twice just seems unnecessary.

The default button configuration has been changed for a while to resolve this.
