As designed Test permissions

Testing forum view with just default user permissions i can still see Moderator Tools links on user's profile pages:

Most likely as designed, as you can still see the link to the admin control panel and other things.

i find this confusing also.. ive said this before and Mike got pretty defensive over it but to me this permission testing option is fundamentally flawed IMO.. I wont beat them up over to bad since its implemented much better then i could have coded it.. Since i couldnt code my name.
