XF 1.5 Test Permission Watch Threads?

Hi, if I use the Test Permissions function, can I click the Watch Forum link and it will apply to the user I am testing with?

Alternatively, is there any other way for an Admin to have certain users or a whole secondary usergroup subscribed to one particular forum/node?
