XF 1.5 Terms of Service - reagree

Hi,
Am just wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to force uses to re-agree to ToS?
Whether there's an add-on or a technique of doing so.

It requires an addon. However there is no working addon for it.

A developer modified TH Rules for me so that bugs are fixed and members are forced to read the rules after warnings. And also integrated with the Warning Acknowledgement addon. (which I can highly recommend btw)
