Temporary Office Space

    I am thinking of setting up a temporary office in Miami. Does anyone here have experience with temporary spaces? If you do, can you tell me if it is better to rent a furnished space or one that is not furnished. Any info will be appreciated! Thank you!

    I actually have a friend that does realestate in miami.
    How large of a space do you need? How important is location? What is your budget?

    Important requirements:
    1. 1 back office
    2. 5 - 8 seat-er conference room or meeting room
    3. nice reception area
    4. kitchenette (will be great)

    Probably not exactly what you are looking for, but we have a contract with Servcorp and use a few of their services. We're based in Tokyo and office space in key areas is pricey, so we opted to use their service to handle things. They have meeting and office space for use in most of their locations.

    Here's the one for Miami:

    At least for our purposes the cost vs. benefit ratio works out in our favor.
