Fixed Temporary files created in /tmp when using ImageMagick

If ImageMagick is being used as the image libary, temporary files might be created in /tmp even if a different tempDataPath is configured for XenForo.

Depending on the environment, this might not be ideal and it would be good if this could be configured.
