XF 2 Template Hack Required will pay

I need someone to help (paid) hack the user upgrade template so it's only viewable by usergroups.

Example:
Guests = can't view upgrade options
Registered = can view one item (basic membership)
Basic membership = can see and upgrade to premium options.

So first option is required before others are available.
