XF 2.2 Template - access a Phrase Master Value?

Is it possible within a Template to access a Phrase's Master Value, instead of the Phrase Text?

I'm not sure that's possible, it would sort of defeat the whole point of the phrase system.

For example, if I've edited nav.forums phrase to only be a fa icon, I could also access the parent phase then I can use the parent value for its tooltip value. But if I'm editing the template, I guess I could do the reverse - keep the phrase value and modify teh template for the fa icon and tooltip. 50/50 really.
