Agree this would be very helpful.

I'm seeing people type things like this: "Hi Mike any suggestion for a good read?" And Mike never responds because he wasn't aware that he was asked.
 
Disabling Speed Mode did not help
Here is the issue again

I keep getting this error or very similar on a regular basis now and dont know what the problem is... I only use the WIDGET as that is my only requirement for a chatbox

Can you please PM me the URL of your shoutbox and login details to reproduce the issue?

It's not something I have ever seen happen before


Edit: Got your forum URL from the error you posted, have left it for a few minutes and not seen the error. Can you take a screenshot to confirm how that text appears?

A few versions back I believe you said you fixed the "Security Error" issue, whereby users would receive a security error if they left tabs open too long. However, the issue was never fixed for us. Do you have any information about that bugfix that may help us narrow down the problem?
 
I just bought the pro version and installed it - taiga chat shows up but the chat window button labels are missing.
How can I fix this?

That looks like an issue with your style. You'll likely need to adjust whatever CSS in your custom style is interfering with the buttons. My best guess is that the buttons have too much padding or aren't wide enough.

Can you PM me a link to your site where this occurs?

Also check that you have uploaded the files correctly, particularly the /styles/dark folder
 
Thank you for your prompt response, doing it now.
FYI - I already had a dark folder with post ratings js in it.
So instead of overwriting it, I copied taiga js and library alone

I have just a small problem - nontheless it´s an important one ;) - you could help me out in a minute. I´m trying to offer my users the option to hide the chatbox on the forum_list (only!). For that I have used Brogans guide in https://xenforo.com/community/resources/using-custom-user-fields-to-customise-the-layout.4015/, that I am already using for the MediaGallery - works flawless.

With TaigaChatPro I have only the one problem that I can´t figure out, where I have to insert the wrapping conditional <xen:if is="!{$visitor.customFields.chatbox}">..</xen:if> . I´ve already did this in the dark_taigachat_chatbox template, but of course this hides the main chat on the seperate page, too. Could you be so nice to point out where exactly this wrapping conditional hast to go in to?

Fixed. Latest Litespeed update set some permissions back to default.

The template you would want to edit is dark_taigachat_mapped
