Duplicate Tags required when editing first post of thread

Dear Community,

in the specific forum options I set the minimum required tags for new threads to 2.

When I edit the first post of a thread I got a message that I have to enter minimum 2 tags. But there is no input field to put some tags.

I believe this was fixed in XF 2.1.3. Please use the latest version before reporting issues.
