Did I miss something?
Don't recall seeing it mentioned anywhere.
Mentioned is a better word to use I think. It used to be referred to as tagged but got changed.
I think this must be new to XenForo 1.5, it still uses tagged in my 1.4.8 forum.
Yeah, thinking it was changed maybe do to having "tags" now for threads.
Yay! People finally noticed!
It is indeed new in 1.5 as when we talk about "tags" that should really refer to "content tags". It just hopefully removes some of the ambiguity there.
"Mention" is pretty much becoming the standard term for it, anyway, so it seemed like a good thing to do.
So what is this changed to in the ACP?
Will it be user mentions?
Would assume for consistency it will be @Martok
Just for the record in case any one is wondering; for backwards compatibility reasons we haven't actually changed any of the option ID, permission IDs or template names or anything that mentions tagging in that context. We've just adjusted the relevant phrase text.
I noticed it before all of you--minus the staff--I just didn't mention it.
You feeling okay @Amaury ?
So @Amaury who mentions every bug and stuff that he spots just so happened to not mention this one. Yeah right, we believe you.
In all fairness, I only noticed it, like, yesterday.
You notice when @Chris D goes to sleep and wakes up , you should of posted about the tags being changed to mentions immediately. Very disappointing @Amaury
And you should know that if you quote and mention someone, they only get the quote alert.
In Bulgarian "someone is mentioning you" is a synonym for someone somewhere cursing at you
Separate names with a comma.
