table xf_style crashed

I just used admincp to to create a new user (it seems to have worked). Now, when going into the Create New User page, I get the following:

I don't know if this is relevant, but my server doesn't support InnoDB, so all my tables are MyISAM.

Trying to repair the table through phpMyAdmin got me the following:

It looks like I need shell access to attempt anything...

Try repairing the table several more times. If that doesn't work, email you web hosting provider and ask them to fix the table.
