Sync attachment media mirroring not working

I wanted to create galleries for specific threads but I believe that is not possible. So I've moved those threads to their own forums.

This worked for this forum and it's this gallery

There should be hundreds of photos.

I was donated the money to buy this addon and now I'm looking like an idiot for buying this.

There isn't anything in your setup which seems obviously wrong. Does it work for a new post and attachment in the "cool car videos..." forum/thread? If not, then that would indicate there's something else misconfigured, but if it does work, then I would try running the sync process again. If that still doesn't work, please submit a ticket via your customer area so we can investigate. (We'd likely need control panel access and FTP or similar access to debug the sync process.)

I've run the sync tool again with no change. When I said previously that 3 pics synced, I now realise it was not from the sync tool but the regular forum post sync. So the sync tool does not work on this forum but the regular post sync does.

I'll log a ticket.

I removed all the "/"s from the forum and thread name in case that causes an issue. No change. Forum and thread is now just called "Cool Cars".

Seems I don't get support even though I just bought XFMG. My Xenforo license isn't up to date (not by far though).

I found this thread and I have the exact same issue, all my settings are set like the OP's screenshots.

Is there a user or usergroup permissions issue? Like ... they need to be able to post to an album before the mirroring works?

The specific issue here was a bug that related to syncing media then hard deleting the synced media, before re-configuring/re-syncing. If that describes your situation, then start a conversation with me and I can send you a patched file (there are a few changes across the file for this).

If you didn't do that process, then there's likely a mistake in the sync config. You can confirm this by creating a new image attachment in the target forum and seeing whether it syncs. If it doesn't, that definitely points to the sync config. If it does, then there might be something else going on (like this issue).

After playing with all the settings, user and group permissions, it was the group permission 'Add media items without watermark' that was preventing the sync. I'm guessing it's because I havent set up the watermark yet. Once I turned that off, and about 10min later, I got about 30k mirrored images.

I didn't want watermarks on the mirrored pics from the forums, was hoping for a true mirror.
I do want watermarks on the pics uploaded directory to a gallery.
I'm guessing thats not going to be possible?

I am having this exact issue
I have tried some changes but no photos are showing. I have over 600 photos there
