XF 2.1 Syle chooser is showing up "inactive" styles

Hello guys, so far I've been dealing with this last night, I created a style which extends of another one I purchased.

So I've set this set of styles:

• Default
• Premium 1
• - - Custom Premium

I've configured Custom Premium as the default style and disabled the other 2 styles however I am still able to select any of the other 2 disabled styles.

This also happens if I disabled the Premium 1 and Custom Premium styles and use the Default XF style as default, disabling the other 2 does nothing as I am still able to use different themes through the footer style chooser AND through my preferences panel. Any advice?

So you're saying that if I log in as a moderator or a regular user they won't show up?
