Does Xenforo have a ticket system? Or all the queries are made publicly in the forum?

In case of ticket system, has expiration or price?

It has a ticket system. It comes with 1 year of ticket support and updates and after that it is an additional $40 a year.

You have access to the ticket system for a year from purchase, additional ticket support along with access to updates is $40 a year.
