Lack of interest Support Facebook Open Graph and Twitter Cards

Please add the Facebook open graph tags and the twitter card tags to resources.

This will require larger icons. According to my research, Facebook requires 200 x 200 and Twitter requires 280 x 150. Or you could allow people to attach media gallery images to resources as suggested previously.

I noticed that this is already implemented in the media gallery, so it'd be great to have it on the resource manager as well.

For twitter cards, the domain needs to be whitelisted, if it isn't then no matter what tag you use, there won't be any effect. My site got approved in less than 5 minutes from here : https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator
