I've been waiting almost two days for a reply to my ticket, wondering if there's something wrong?
Unusual you have had to wait that long. Try logging into your customer area and replying to the ticket again.
Two days is unusual, and a reply should be soon. Have you verified that any responses weren't flagged as spam?
i normally only wait less than 30 minutes for a response, as jeremy said check your spam folders

Yes, it would, but you also receive notifications of replies to your tickets via email.
I can see that Ashley has already replied to your ticket this morning, yesterday and the day before.
