Not planned [Suggestion] Reset Poll (more Poll improvements)

Reset Poll:
When editing the poll, the poll creator can click a button and all users who have voted will automatically be unvoted.

Just going to call this "no thanks". The option you want is present but only for moderators. This is very much intentional, otherwise it allows for clear censorship. Don't like the results? Hey, no one voted!

Shouldn't that be up to the admin of the site to decide, whether they want to give normal users that privilege or not?
Maybe admins want to make it exclusive to a particular forum section.

So what I'm suggesting, is that option can be made available for normal users (thread creators) for particular parts of a forum, via admin cp settings.
It doesn't neccesairly have to be 'reset poll'. 'Delete poll' for normal users would also have the same effect.

This is precisely what is needed, if a poll is to be used for the 'mafia games' section by the Game Master for their lynch vote. As every day, the poll needs to be reset, for users to vote again who they want to lynch.
