XF 2.0 Suddenly, the warning tab is missing from the posts

All of sudden, the warn tab is missing from the posts. How can i get it back again?

Good lord, if you have to warn your own staff members, I'd reconsider who I have as staff.

That's not the thing. The forum is under development and there are no users atm. So i saw that i was missing this option. When i created a user, immediately got this option. And my staff members are good. No doubt.
