XF 2.3 Subforums, Messages & Threads on one line?

Hi Guys - is it possible to get the Sub Forums, Threads (with count) and Messages (with count) all on one line?

Ive attached an example of what we're trying to achieve below. Recently upgraded to the latest software, after an extended downtime, and had to rebuild everything from scratch.
