As designed Sub-navigation links not visible in responsive

When viewing the conversation_list we see these five links in the sub-navigation:



The bug report is to inform that these links are not visible in responsive. The problem is if we add links using the Public navigation function, those links will not be accessible in responsive.

I doubt it's a bug, that is how they always worked.

They collapse into the mobile menu.

Actually they don't. Only way to see them is in portrait view.

These are really designed to be links that are available elsewhere, primarily solely so there's consistency of the second row when no sections are selected.

So roughly as designed.
