It's not like you can import/export them, but you can change the colors when Developer Mode is activated
There are style properties there also, like on the normal style.

"Developer Mode" is the debug mode mentioned elsewhere and is intended for developers. It exposes tools such as code event listeners, admin CP templates, email templates, routes, etc. It also turns on page load times, query tracking, and other useful things for developers. It is not recommended for sites in production, it adds overhead and changes some functionality in certain instances.
