Duplicate Style switcher issue in Debug Mode

Tested this on two different installations with default skins. When in debug mode the style switcher does not work if you are logged in. Works fine when you are logged out. With debug mode off, it works correctly either logged in or out. Would be nice if someone else could confirm this as well.

Something more to add to this. I re-enabled debug and no longer had the issue either logged in or out without having to delete any cookies. FWIW, I have only been testing this in FF 3.6

John, see my post in the other thread, I found out I had the debug mode on, could not switch styles while logged in, then I turned it off and it worked fine logged in. So then I turned it back on and now it works fine even tho I am logged on.
