XF 2.1 Style links don't expand/open when clicked

I'm testing before going live so far not going so well. This morning the styles won't expand. I've tried on several computers. IS this due to a license issue? Speaking of, I think you need to have a staging URL for the license in addition to the live site like ThemeX does for Wordpress.
