XF 2.1 Stupid Question: How would one create a page using Xenforo 2 template?

I created this public navigation, so it's a link to a new page.

I created a php directory in my File Manager, and linked it into the public navigation 'link' field.

Here is what happens. I know I'm doing something wrong, I just don't know what.

How would I get it to look like the following?

As I replied to your ticket, the page you are linking to is external to XF, so none of the XF code will display on that page.

It would require some form of custom development to have your page render within XF.

I don't know what data is on the page but it may be possible to embed it into a page node using an iframe.

I can however say I've figured it out!
